- You can check in up to 2 pieces per passenger.

- There is at Tourist Information next to the arrival lobby on the 1st floor of T-CAT main building.

01.How to access T-CAT
- Where is the station nearest to T-CAT?
- "Suitengu-mae" Station of Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line. It is connected from the station via an underground concourse.
02.Service for the physically disabled
- Is there a handicapped washroom?
- The handicapped washrooms are located at the center of the 1st floor of the main building and on the left of McDonalds on the 2nd floor of the main building.
- Is there a toilet with ostomate facilities?
- There is a multi-purpose toilet at the center of the 1st floor of the main building.
- Are there any parking spaces reserved for persons with a disability?
- There are exclusive parking spaces at the center of the underground parking concourse.
03.Currency exchange
- Can I exchange for Japanese yen in the T-CAT building?
- There is a currency exchange machine at the Seven-Eleven on the 2nd floor of the main building. The following 12 currencies can be exchanged for Japanese yen.

04.ATM
- Are there ATMs in the T-CAT building?
- There is a Seven Bank ATM in front of KEYUCA Hakozaki Air Terminal shop on the 1st floor of the main building and in the two Seven-Eleven stores. The post office on the 1st floor of the annex building has a Japan Post Bank ATM.
05.Coin Lockers
- Are there coin lockers in the T-CAT building?
- Coin lockers are located at the center of the 1st floor of the main building and in the underground concourse toward Suitengu-mae Station on the 1st basement floor.
- How much does it cost?
- Coin lockers cost \400/day to \700/day depending on size.
- Are there lockers for oversize baggage?
- Some lockers are suitable for suitcases.
Luggage can also be kept at the baggage storage(Tourist Information Center) on the 1st floor. - How much does it cost to retrieve a bag from the locker on the next day?
- A fee for a second day will be added after 2:00am . Deposit coins for the added fee to retrieve your baggage.
- Can I pay with card?
- Yes. Credit card is available.
- I lost the "Take-out ticket". What should I do?
- If you lose your ticket, please go to the security office on the 1st floor. Upon delivery of the stored articles, please present your ID card and pay the unlocking fee of 1,650 yen (including tax).
- What times can I deposit and retrieve baggage?
- Bags can be left or retrieved during the times when the main building is open, from 5:00am to 12:00am.
06.Baggage storage
- Where is the baggage storage?
- The baggage storage is in the Tourist Information Office next to the arrival lobby on the 1st floor of the main building.
- How much does it cost?
- \700/bag per day.
- What time can I deposit and retrieve baggage?
- 9:00am - 4:30pm (Open all year round)
- What cannot be kept here?
- Animals, perishable items, dangerous objects, cash, or valuables cannot be left at the baggage storage.
In some cases, it may not be possible to accept oversize baggage depending on the size.
